A) We are the world’s first integrated enterprise solutions provider;

     our offerings are 

  • Social Marketing Suite for agencies
  • Social Contact Center for BPOs
  • Social Command Center for Enterprises
We enable businesses to perform Online Reputation Management, Customer Service, Community Management, Social Media Research & Brand Auditing; Online Sales Lead Generation, and Consumer Sentiment Analysis.

  

Q) What ppl can do with your start-up, how can they get benefited by the product/service you provide?

A) Business use our platform for understanding how customer’s are reacting to their services and also connect back with them on their queries and concerns. We offer both Social Media Business Intelligence and Social CRM as Enterprise Solutions.

 

Q) How unique & charming is your product/service.

A) We are the only integrated platform, which address all facets of Social Business from Intelligence to CRM. We are one of the very few       systems, which support most of the widely used languages of the world.

 

Q) what is the current state of your start-up ( idea, product testing, beta, live) 

A) We have more than 100 clients using the product across the globe. We have partners in various locations to help us with                     localization and understanding local markets.

A) 2009

 

Q) How many Jobs your start-up created in your region

A) We have 25 employees on our payroll in India

A) We work across verticals with more focus on telecom, entertainment, airline and retail

  

About the Founders:

 

Q) where did you meet the co-founders

A)We met through common friends and our interest in programming and analytics is what drew us together.

 

Q) How the hell did you convince them to leave their job, and join you

A) We were all equally passionate about building software, which could make a difference; once the idea of building a world-class product was discussed it didn’t need much convincing for anyone.

 

Q) How could you guys/gals stick together 

A)Our focus was always on using innovative techniques and new technology to solve the business problem at hand. We also complemented each other well as we had our own strength and fit together well.

Q) What Technology Stack do you use

A) Language: Java/C#

Q) Did you do any Technology innovation to bring this startup to life

A) As a start-up you are constantly under constraint for infrastructure and resource, innovative use of technology is the best way to fight this. We have re-written many aspects of open source code to suite our business needs and would be very soon contributing them back to the community.

 

About the money:    

 Q) How did you pool up $$$ to get started/ build a MVP Minimum value product?

A) The money was pooled in from friends and family.

 

Q) How did you guys overcome the problem of Chick first egg first  (Product first or Investment first)

A) We were pretty sure about the market and the problem we were trying to solve. It was pretty clear from the start that once we got the product ready, we would be able to sell it.  The idea was pretty unique at the time of our launch and we knew we could make money.

  

Q)  What’s your funding model (self funded, seed funding, VC etc), who are the Investors 

A) The last funding we received was from Amvensys Capital as an angel fund.

  

Q) Are you looking for any more funding? Do you want investors to contact you? If yes, email contact ?

A) We are looking to grow multifold in the next few years and are open to investment and strategic partnership.

 

Q) Are you looking for any other services; do you want fellow start-ups to contact you? If yes, what are the services you

need?

A) We do work with several other start-ups already and are constantly on the look out for sales partners in emerging markets.
